The flavour was a little sweet potatoey. We didn't expect that and tried to make garlic mashed potatoes with it and the flavour made my mouth confused. *********
In other news, I have exam dates! We first booked the oral exam for Monday, April 21st. After we figured that out, we booked my written exams: April 7th, 9th, 11th (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). And everything is in the afternoon! Hurrah!So, I just got almost two extra weeks for preparing. And I've come to realise that this will be a good thing.

I can't say the purple potatoes look particularly appetizing. Your mashing is fine, of course. It's the colour that doesn't sit well.
So, I imagine that you were never one for purple ketchup either, eh?
