Shimmying my shoulders

I know that I post every Saturday evening raving about my love of Randy Bachman's Vinyl Tap, but seriously! The man is playing Bossa Nova music this week! And Samba! (Okay, I don't know the difference.)

I need to own so much Carmen Miranda music now. And I really don't have enough Astrud Gilberto (only "The Girl from Ipanema" and "Fly Me To the Moon.") Not nearly enough. We were both kind of tired, after a long day of errands and shopping and not enough to eat, and then I turned on the radio and we've been dancing around ever since. Okay, be "we" I mean "I."

Also happy-making: I got a lovely fun navy sweater from Superstore. (I love their Joe collection!) It's the same style as this guy from Love Actually, when Kiera Knightly's character was figuring out that he was in love with her. I keep feeling like suddenly zipping the sweater up over my neck while listening to Dido, and then shouting and scaring someone. If that made any sense. I look super-awesome in this sweater, if I do say so myself.

Now I must go and do some more shoulder-shimmying to this music. Oh, and I'd better help Chris wash dishes.

Dude, how much caffeine and/or sugar did you have today? You are off the wall.

There's unlimited juice? This party is going to be off the hook.
