I noticed the oddest thing today, as I was walking over to Health Services for my allergy shot: this campus is packed today! There was a traffic jam on the main campus road. The health services waiting room was overflowing, with the numbers growing even more when I left (on a Tuesday, which is normally quiet). It's crazy everywhere!
And I can not, for the life of me, figure out why. Does it have anything to do with the fact that Reading Break begins after Friday? Or that midterms are happening this week?
It's driving me crazy. Can you think of any explanations for this sudden up-swing in student population?

It's midterm time on our campus too (Reading Week can't start soon enough for me!). I even had a student email me asking when the midterm was in my sophomore survey when there's not one in the syllabus. It's simply that ingrained, I'm afraid!
Probably rumours about free wacky-tobacky. This is UV we are talking about.
