My Boat! shirt came in the mail today! I'm now going to wear it around town, and maybe even to the Maritime Museum where Kate Beaton and Younger Self are, in the comic. (It will be very meta of me or something. Or else everyone there will think I just am excited about boats.) I also got her book in the mail. Today was a good day.

I love that shirt!! My friend Micah has it, so we bonded over a mutual love of Kate Beaton. Also, I'm jealous about the book. Once I can afford things again, I'm totally going to buy it.
