Today...
...I will write an entire essay. Okay, 3/4 of an essay. I'm going to do it today. In spite of my overall lack of motivation. Somehow, I'm going to snap back to my old self and write the rest of this paper.
That's a good goal, Lynnie. I wish I had a puppy to kiss and a big bag of chips to eat. In lieu of chips, I'll eat an entire bowl of popcorn. By which I mean "I already ate an entire bowl of popcorn."

We have similar goals today. Except for that instead of writing an entire essay, I'm going to eat a giant bag of chips. And kiss a puppy.
