My prof is very nice to me.

So, I'm on page 16. Yes, it's 5:00pm. I'd gotten myself to the place where I was so stressed I'd given myself a tummyache. The problem was that I got myself so anxious that I wasn't thinking straight. I was working more slowly because I couldn't focus. All I could see was the clock. And the fact that I had no option but to be finished by 6:00. Okay, maybe I'm a little burnt out after last week's marathon.

And so I went to Christopher, and I cried a little, and he hugged me, and prayed for my tummy and prayed that I'd have wisdom about what to do. And so I phoned my prof, to ask if I could come a little late (an extra hour would help, right?). And she offered that I could e-mail my essay in tomorrow morning. Then she asked if I'd be able to come in time for supper after all.

My tummy feels better now. My prof is very nice to me.

What a lovely prof. I had a feeling it wouldn't be as bad as you thought. Be sure to call me tomorrow.

Very glad that your prof was so helpful. Take care - I hope your tummy feels better now. Just think of all the rest and relaxation you can have after tomorrow. :)
