In honour of the day in which I have finally purchased a webcam (certain folks in Taiwan are going to be pleased), I have another musing regarding new-ish technology:
We had family Christmas up in Saskatoon, and I hung out a bunch with my 2-year-old cousin Chanel (who is just so adorable). One of my aunts took a picture of her, and instantly Chanel wanted to see the picture on the back of the camera. However, my aunt's camera wasn't digital, and Chanel was confused. (I ended up also taking the same picture, just so that she could see herself in her new Dora shirt.)
In her toddler world, all cameras are digital. This is crazy to me, considering that I just got my first digital camera this year.
